Meet & Move 2.1.1

Meet & Move is a new social fitness application aimed at enhancing your physical well-being by connecting you with new acquaintances in your local community, without any cost. This initiative, created by Northern Westchester Hospital and Northwell Health, operates as a non-profit organization with a public health focus. Through Meet & Move, you will be paired with available physical activities that match your preferences and chosen locations.

Meet & Move collaborates with various local fitness centers, state parks, and municipal recreation divisions to offer a wide range of group workout opportunities.

By registering as a complimentary member on Meet & Move, you gain access to:

• A user-friendly directory of group physical activities featuring detailed descriptions, schedules, locations, and reference links
• Selection options according to proficiency level (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, or Any)
• The ability to host private events, extend invitations to other registered users, or keep events open for the general public
• Share your preferred events with your contacts via Facebook, SMS, or Email
• Connect with fellow users who share similar interests
• Experience improvements in your health and overall well-being!

Invitees to Meet & Move can partake in various events such as:

• Group Hike at Bear Mountain (don't forget your lunch!)
• Calm Yoga Session amongst Friends
• Cycling for Beginners Group Sessions
• Town-sponsored Pickleball Program
